Training plans and classes are tailored to suit all individuals and all levels of fitness.
Personal Training can be undertaken for a wide variety of reasons, from looking to lose weight for an upcoming wedding , an improvement in fitness levels. Maybe you fancy running a marathon, joining the Navy or wanting to tone up your beach body for a holiday.
It could be that you are not very confident about training and are wanting to get some one to one sessions in before starting a class. It may be that you are unhappy with your weight or size. Or it can be as simple as looking to get fitter and feel stronger!
Many studies have shown the benefits of providing employees with a facility to keep fit at workthrough Corporate Fitness. Primarily this has led to a reduction in absence and sickness, an increase in retention and improved scores in employee satisfaction surveys.
Macksfitness Pilates classes focus on strengthening the whole physicality using the 34 original mat based exercises. Each client will be appraised by the teacher in class and modifications and adjustments made where necessary.
Training sessions can take part in a variety of locations: Macksfitness is based in Colden Common, Winchester. I have use of an indoor facility, we can train outside, or I can even come to your home or work place.
