What can I say? I was totally unprepared for all the blubbing and sniffing and over-the-top comments and CAKE! I expected to slope off quietly! Nevertheless, I have had a thoroughly enjoyable year trying to become more supple and I can now reach areas which a year ago were physically beyond me. What a great bunch of people at Wednesday 7pm pilates! And what entertaining banter! It makes all the pain of twanging hamstrings so much more bearable! Thanks Andy! You’re a great instructor
