Unbelievable new PT client! First session with a new client is usually quite gentle. Assessing how they move, joints, core strength and stability etc.
Fitness level, flexibility, aerobic endurance etc.
Just threw the kitchen SINK at a new client! She could do everything!! Kettlebells, resistance, skipping etc.
