Did a site visit to Peter Symonds college where Macks fitness will be teaching a Boxercise course, starting in September. Great site, brand new gym floor and all the kit needed. V excited!

Had my results from the scan to detect activity in my cancer. “A dramatic response” was the quote! V v good, my consultant is pleased and will probably keep my chemo the same. Maybe a chance on reducing it. Probably want to remain on same doses, really...
