Early morning fitness sessions!
If you find that you don’t have time to exercise, that life just seems to get in the way! You get home from work with the intention of exercising but just can’t seem to get up of the sofa once you have sat down!
You’d like to do more training, heck, you want to, but you just can’t seem to fit it in, well, this may be the class for you!
Monday to Thursday mornings. 6.00 am until 6.45 am, indoors in Colden Common.
Only £5 a session, payable as a block course of 6 weeks. This could be what you’ve been looking for!
£120 for 6 weeks of exercise!
Macksfitness will provide a HIIT session workout twice a week, a core and stretch workout once a week and a strength and power workout once a week.
Each session will be 30 mins long with a 15 minute cool down at the end. Setting you up for the day!
