CHOOSE A CLASS
Macksfitness runs a wide variety of Classes suitable for losing weight, de-stressing, helping with poor posture or a bad back and just having fun while getting fit!!
Pilates and Boxercise classes are held in Colden Common, within the Pavilion building in the park. This is accessed via Boyes lane, off Main road, Colden Common.
Over 150 people a week are taught in Macksfitness classes from lunch time Pilates in Twyford near Winchester, to Corporate Fitness classes in Chandlers Ford and Hedge End!
Pilates is a Mat based workout, focusing on core stability, posture correction and strengthening of the core and abdominal range. Macksfitness runs Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced classes.

Boxercise is a high energy, high impact cardio workout which will strengthen, tone and de-stress all in one class. Kickboxercise is also available as well as bag and pad work. Classes are suitable for all levels.

Circuit Training is an overall functional workout, utilising classic strength moves such as Pull Ups, Squats and Core Work. With a focus on fun and banter as well as hard graft, this outdoor training class is suitable for all levels.
