Two PT clients this week, really stressed before our sessions.
One with Job stress, one with a family bereavement.
I used Boxing and skipping as A. a hard cardio workout B. an endorphin release C. a distraction!!
Both thanked me at the end of their respective sessions for a good workout, and both said they felt better!!
Sometimes a little controlled aggression goes a long way…:D
