Jo Meeke will be joining the team! Jo is a Personal trainer and a fully qualified masseuse.
Jo will be available for the following treatments :-
Sports massage
Deep tissue massage
Swedish massage and Indian head massage.
These treatments will be available at your home, so no having to travel!
A price list will be published on the website shortly so watch this space!
She will also be available for Personal Training sessions.

Macks Fitness is also in talks with the Holiday Inn at Winchester with regards to fitness and health options available to their customers and clients! Exciting times.
Macks Fitness clients will also be able to get discounted rates on a range of other health and fitness treatments involving Reflexology, Rieki and spa treatments. A page will be published and a link provided.
