Well that certainly made sleep easy. Note to self though: don’t eat curry before boxercise.
A new twist to the class – was an enjoyable way to spend an hour (body aching now). It was more interactive with the rest of the class than previous sessions.
Hard work, fun and now aching! It’s amazing what you can get from pound land!
