At Macksfitness Ltd we are passionate about skiing. I myself have been to such resorts as Tignes, Val’d’Isere, Chatel, Courmayeur and Ischgl in Austria. I know how important it is to be physically able to make the most of your time out and about.

So, we are starting classes in Colden Common, Hampshire, which will use a range of strength, cardio and Core exercises to make sure you are in peak fitness.
