In late 2014 I was approached by Tony who explained that he needed to improve his fitness, sort out a damaged knee and lose some weight for a trip he was taking in early 2015.
Turns out the trip was to Antarctica!!
So we embarked on twice weekly training, targeting full body MSE exercises. Tony’s diet changed and we created a program of stretches to do at home.
Tony lost nearly a stone in weight in just over 2 months! His knee is no longer troubling him and he saw some amazing landscapes! AND.. he is still training with Macks Fitness.
