“A corporate exercise class is hugely beneficial to me, both physically and mentally. I know I have a weekly scheduled class with my colleagues which helps motivate me to attend. After a tough day at work, knowing I can take time to exercise is great. I get to unwind and stretch out after sitting at my desk all day.
If corporate exercise is an option for anyone, I highly recommend taking it. Knowing my company supports fitness shows me they care for my wellbeing.”
“Many studies have shown the benefits of providing employees with a facility to keep fit at work. Primarily this has led to a reduction in absence and sickness, an increase in retention and improved scores in employee satisfaction surveys.”

Why should any company do Corporate fitness?
Encouraging fitness in the workplace can actually be extremely beneficial for employers and their employees alike.
Endorphins are released during exercise, which mean that employees have more self-confidence and energy, they have more positive attitudes when at work, and they are less stressed too.
There is an element of teambuilding, bonding, during a shared exercise program.
During the initial stages of the Coronavirus lockdown, clients mentioned how nice it was for “ a slice of normal life”, put very succinctly by a client recently…
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for last night’s class. I can’t tell you how nice it was to have one bit of near normality in our surreal world. It’s obviously much harder to have a virtual class, but it was still great all the same.”
