Jump squats x 15
Static punching x 20
Reach sit ups x 15
Leg pull front x 8
Mountain climbers x 20
Criss cross x 20
Standing heel kicks x 10
Tuck jumps x 5
Standing heel kicks x 10
Tuck jumps x 5

Repeat all of the the above 3 times

Previous Featured Workout

Burpees 14, 12, 10
Russian twists 10 each side
Push ups 10
Jumping Jacks 30
Lunges 16 (8 each side)
Curl up with Leg extension 16
(8 each side)
Jog on the spot 100 steps

Air squats 3 x 15 reps
Push ups 3 x 10 reps
Shoulder bridge 3 x 10 reps
Curl ups 3 x 10 reps
Oblique curls 3 x 10 reps each side
Mountain climbers 3 x 10 each leg
Heel kicks standing 3 x 100 kicks!
