CISCO systems sponsored abseil of the Spinnaker tower!!

A massive Thank You to some of the guys and gals from my Corporate Pilates class at CISCO systems, who abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth to raise money for the Lymphoma Association!

John, his Son, Ayla and Lisa completed the challenge and raised over £400 in the process!!
