Hellrider 2011 – “Pain is just weakness leaving the body!”

Macks Fitness took part in the first ever Trail plus all day Duathlon “Hellrider” in 2011.

Andy Roberts, Penni Harrison, Steve Wallace, Richard Harding and yours truly spent 8 hours running a 5k trail route of very serious hills, then Mountain biking an 8k route. Each team had to see how many laps of the route they could achieve in the set time. Run, bike, run was the sequence. Each person had to do at least one of each IE one run and one bike, then tactics came into play!

Macks Fitness’s team finished in the top 10 overall out of 57 teams!!
