Man vs Mountain 7th September 2013
Rat Race adventures have really out done themselves in this superb event.
A 20 mile plus run from Castle Caernarfon up Mount Snowdon, then back down, over a few obstacles, then home!!
One of the obstacles happened to be a lake!
Paul D, Rich H, Sara D and Angela O decided to undertake this challenge and raise money for the Lymphoma Association at the same time. Much training took place with Rich co-ordinating the teams routes. More equipment than any previous event had to be purchased due to possible inclement weather, which happened with aplomb!
Superbly Well done guys! You did yourselves and the Lymphoma Association proud!
