Well… what can I say.

Penni Harrison a long term PT client of Macks Fitness had asked me to be her token “Husband” for this national event.

So, we travelled over to the Guildford area and would you believe it… came in Silver medal position!! Winning a half barrel of local beer and the derision of my mates!
