Started my new training regime today.
Here’s a lowdown :-
3 sets Dumbbell clean and jerk.
3 sets dumbbell bicep curls
3 sets of incline shoulder press
Pilates core workout
Dumbbell lunges 3 sets 20 reps
Heaves 3 sets 12 reps
Pilates core workout
High rep shoulder flyers
Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets.
All in just over 30 mins.
Good start. Think I’m gonna feel it in the morning though.
Oh yeah, Bootcamp at 8.30am!
