I love the variety I have with my job. PT at 7am, MSE and gym work. 8.15am PT a calming Pilates client. 9.30am PT an outdoor weights and functional strength workout with loads of laughs! Brilliant!

Massive Well done to PT client Tracy C who completed her 5k run in Portsmouth today. Msg from her… Hi Andy, 5k completed in 30.48 coming in 423rd not sure out of how many prob 425 :-D. Very very pleased to complete the course pain free. Leg a bit sore now but...

Autumn has definitely landed today. PT first thing, 5 degrees, v wet under foot and leaves falling freely. Base layer needed again, but still great to train outdoors!
