Good day of PT today. 4 hrs in the Holiday Inn gym in Winc, new client today too. Went well. Then 2 hrs private Pilates classes to finish! Energy levels coming back to normal too which is good. Quiet day tomorrow then full on Friday! Looks like the Hampshire Chronicle...
