OK, v hungry yesterday afternoon. I’ve lost 1 1/2lbs since Wednesday morning. No Bowel movement (sorry all) since Thursday morning.
I’ve done one bloodspot this morning. The next is in 20 minutes.
Then an hour and a half after that final bloodspot today.
