Urrggh!! Felt pretty lousy this afternoon. Did the third bloodspot test at 13.42, then done, but… I’d had no food since 11.42.
So when I’d got out on a family walk round Hilliers Gardens near Romsey, I’d imagine my blood sugar level was pretty low! Sure felt like it!!
This helped anyway….
