Few tips for this coming weekend’s Hellrunner:
Carbo loading for Saturday race starts Weds and ends Thurs. Keep main meal light on Friday. Move these timings fwd a day if running on Sunday. Ideal choice salmon, with cous cous and vegetables.

Keep hydrated. Small drinks on regular basis.

Take energy gel with you for race. Bar that Jelly babies in a bag in your pocket…all good!

Take a whole change of clothing for post race. You will get soaked and very muddy.

Lastly enjoy it. It is a fab event!
